Well – we’re in the process of converting this Heath Robinson affair into a full blown e-commerce solution, which should make buying our products easier for you and help us to control our stock better (thus avoiding embarassing cock ups like not having lamps in stock to fulfill on-line orders!)

So please accept my deepest apologies if you’ve fallen victim to one of our mistakes or been disappointed by our service.

Apologies to all of you waiting for these oriental table lamps to come in – we are now expecting them in mid-February.

Winter in the Kashmiri hills mountains can be tricky and unfortunately, our lamps have been delayed somewhere along the route.

I will make sure that you get an email the moment we have them in stock.

Our Jumbo Himalayan Honeypot Lamps are pretty big, but we have an opportunity to supply some seriously large table lamps made from rice storage jars.

Here they are in their un-converted state, standing over two feet high without a shade.

The question is, would these be too big for you and better used as umbrella stands or would they make the perfect large table lamp?

Fashioned from the same “jungle wood” as our honey pot lamps, these jars are heavyweight items despite being hollowed out, so you’d need a pretty substantial table to support one.

I absolutely adore them and may have them converted just for my own use but I’d love to hear what you think.

Unfortunately, we have just sold out of our red hand painted table lamps and we’ve only got one of the monochrome lamps left!

We’re expecting a new delivery of hand painted oriental lamps, sometime in January – they’re just making their way across the Kashmiri mountains by donkey as we speak.

There’s a table lamp for every setting and no room or space looks complete without one.

Table lamps provide light and that’s why they make such good gifts – every time you switch on a lamp you’ve  received as a gift, you remember where it came from and, for a few instants, you’re reminded of the person who gave it to you.
