This antique wooden table lamp has a rugged simplicity with little decoration save for the bow-tie cutouts on its flanks.
The sheesham wood has dark patination, enhanced by natural wax and shows signs of the many hands it has passed through.
It's not surprising these nepalese seed dispenser lamps are so tactile - they were used as hand tools after all!
